We use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a combination of Aleppo Chillies and Birdseye to make our Chilli Oil, Not just heat, you also get warm and smoky notes, deliciously warming.
Lemon infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Spanish Lemons to create a mouth watering, citrussy oil. Perfect for general drizzling, dressing and dipping. Use in marinades for a lemony kick, also great drizzled over a fruit salad. Zing.
Basil infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and French Basil to create this delicious oil. Perfect for general drizzling, over bruschetta or for general dressing and dipping. Use in marinades for extra fragrance and pepperiness.
