This piece is a unique original ink painting from the 'Lost Girl' series - a collection which explores the boundaries between representation and abstraction. I am interested in the ways that we can 'lose' the image through experimental and fluid mark-maki...

This piece is a unique original ink painting from the 'Lost Girl' series - a collection which explores the boundaries between representation and abstraction. I am interested in the ways that we can 'lose' the image through experimental and fluid mark-making. These faces emerge from splashes of diluted ink and pools of moving water in a limited colour palette a few chosen, vivid colours.

This is an original unframed ink painting on 640 gsm Canson heritage watercolour paper.

The paper size is 27 x 31.5 cm and it has gorgeous hand-torn paper edges.
