Mid-Century Teak Sideboard With Geometric Design

A stunning mid-century teak sideboard by FD Welters Ltd of High Wycombe, reimagined with a geo design inspired by contemporary stained glass.

This is a true one-off, a unique design with fantastic storage. I won't make another like it, so it will be a real statement piece only you will own, sure to invite conversation.

This sideboard has been fully refurbished inside and out, adding a subtly colourful geo design on the outside with transparent colourwash shapes in pinks and greens.

It has three spacious drawers, the base inside has been painted black to match the black painted shelves in the rest of the unit. Next to the drawers is a lovely display cabinet with sliding glass doors (note: they have been removed in some of the photos to avoid reflections). The glass doors are original and have a few minor chips on the edges but nothing sharp or unsightly. The sliding doors at the bottom of the unit hide ample storage with one shelved side and the other open storage which is spacious enough to store bottles.

You will find a secret pull out shelf too, which has been refinished and covered in a black faux leather - waterproof and useful for mixing drinks.

The inside has been cleaned and refreshed with wax while the outside is finished with a durable hard wax oil, ready for use in a busy home.
