A favourite in wildflower bouquets, Queen Ann's lace comes into bloom in late summer it has said to have got its name after Queen Anne herself. Queen Anne was well versed in lacemaking. One day while sewing she pricked herself with a needle. A drop of blood fell unto her lace, leaving a single dark purple floret in the centre of the flower.
This card is part of my floral collection.
NEW IN- This joyful card has been lovingly hand painted in rich gouache and then printed using beautiful eco-friendly materials. These cards can be used for any occasion- they make the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers for your mum, or as a last minute birthday card or just to say thank you to the neighbour for letting your dog out.
I want my cards to not only be used for their initial function but then as little pieces of art to decorate your homes with, just as I like to do!

I’m Harriet, an illustrator with a love of the great outdoors. I was fortunate enough to have grown up in the beautiful Norfolk countryside and think this shines throughout my work. I take a lot of inspiration from rural living and have a great love for flowers. My joyful designs take shape in the form of greeting cards mainly, but also wrapping paper, prints and stationary. Everything is painted in rich gouache then printed on beautiful, eco-friendly materials making each one special.
