A round antique pewter plate with a hand-painted still life of a jar and old spoon - a unique, ready-to-hang piece for your wall. This is an original oil painting featuring an ornate antique silver-plated jam spoon with a jar of marmalade. It is hand painted by renowned artist Jac Scott, on an antique pewter plate that was made by Tudor Pewter Ware, England. The makers mark is engraved in the back of the plate.
These simple still life studies look great on their own or even better in a group. Building a plate-scape is simple as they are ready to hang with a brass plated hanger, so super quick and easy to attach to your wall. Alternatively, you could place the plate on a special stand.
