6 of our signature marshmallows crafted from passionfruit to create an intense fruit purée. We then spice things up with a touch of fiery organic ginger and hand finish with a shard of fresh crystallised ginger.

This is the marshmallowist's favourite flavour - it’s so bright and zesty but with a satisfying tang. It’s also not too sweet. We like to think of it as complex - but not in a bad way. This flavour tastes best served alongside a glass of champagne. Well, obviously, but if no one is giving you champagne at least you'll have delicious marshmallows.

The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use fruit and organic herbs in our marshmallows – you won't find any colourings or flavourings here! We only ever use British Fairtrade sugar and our marshmallows are egg white, dairy & gluten free and are suitable for pescatarians. All our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery.

We hand-finish with beautiful toppings. They are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes.

The perfect sweet treat - melt into a hot chocolate or toast over a fire. We’ll wrap it in tissue and make it look lovely. Ta-dah! you’ve just sent some mallow love
