Nayna McIntosh (Hope Fashion)

Having started as a Saturday shop girl at M&S, Nayna McIntosh has gone on to have an incredible career in the retail industry. She joined the M&S Junior Management Training scheme and went on to be a fundamental part of the launches of both George at Asda and Per Una at M&S. She later joined the management board at M&S, bringing her journey there full circle.

Nayna left M&S a few years ago with a dream to set up her own womenswear brand Hope. Hope’s mission is to embrace and celebrate women of all shapes, sizes, and ages, and has a particular focus on creating beautiful clothing for women over 50, an age group which is almost invisible to so many high street brands.

Managing work/life balance has been a huge part of Nayna’s career – bringing up her children, working full time, and trying to juggle a career.

Nayna will be speaking as part of the ‘Work/Life Balance’ panel, alongside Molly Gunn (Selfish Mother), Natalie Lee (Style Me Sunday), and Natalie & Dan Reynolds (Fred & Noah).
