We use Biothane for our Vegan Leather Dog Collar Collection. It is extremely hard wearing, waterproof, easy to clean (we wipe it down but have also put our collars in the washing machine) & is available in a brilliant array of bright colours. Our environmental research has shown that Biothane production has the same environmental impact as leather, however where leather eventually biodegrades, Biothane does not. Your collar should last the same length of time as a leather collar – this longevity offsetting the fact that it doesn’t biodegrade. We have created the rainbow in our Biothane Collection – choose from Ruby Red, Fluro Orange, Super Yellow, Neon Pink, Totally Teal, Electric Blue, Pure Purple or Bat Black – buy the collar & lead set or mix & match. Care Instructions:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth using ecover, washing up liquid or cleaning fluid
Can also be machine washed but the metalware may damage your washing machine and this may also reduce the longevity of your collar. Stick to wiping down if you can.
