This pottery jug is hand decorated with blackberries pressed into the clay all around the jug. The blackberries are all hand painted and is finished in my tin white glaze. Perfect for adding cream to your blackberry and apple crumble or as a flower vase too.
Each one is hand thrown on Betty my pottery wheel in my log cabin studio in Somerset, you can see and feel the throwing rings and the hand of the potter from the making process. You can see the speckles and texture of the stoneware clay giving this beautiful jug a unique studio pottery feel.
