Lovely large platter, handmade made with a paper template on buff stoneware clay. When leather hard the platter has been decorated with slips and underglazes. The edge of the platter has a lovely soft scallop and this is also reflected in the lovely soft...

Lovely large platter, handmade made with a paper template on buff stoneware clay. When leather hard the platter has been decorated with slips and underglazes. The edge of the platter has a lovely soft scallop and this is also reflected in the lovely soft scallops in the birds wings. Lovely muted colours in a light teal in the centre of the dish and light pink polka dots on the edge of the platter.
Bisque fired and then dip glazed and fired to a high temperature of 1240 degrees.
Lovely to use for serving or as display. A great gift for an anniversary of wedding.

Need to know

Measures 33.5cm wide x 23.5cm deep x 2.5cm high.
Sent in lots of recyclable and biodegradable packing with a tracked Royal Mail service.
