Flavours include: Christmas pudding- with dried fruit steeped overnight in brandy, we use dark brown sugar for a rich treacle taste and then gently mix this mallow for a rich taste.

Hot chocolate- whipped from 100% dark cocoa and a sprinkling of cinnamon for a taste that is both classically decadent but extraordinarily light.

Snowball- a classic, softly whipped mallow rolled in that iconic freshly toasted coconut.

Winter rose - decorated wtih a floral flourish

Hand-decorated with Christmas Holly - the perfect mallow.

Raspberry + champagne - our best selling flavour adds a decadent pop to Christmas.
