Hake is a succulent white fish we preserve with the Mediterranean flavours of rosemary, capers and garlic, in extra virgin olive oil. This holy trinity of ingredients infuses the quality extra virgin olive oil that perfectly compliments this prized British fish. We highly recommend you try this unique can with some crusty bread to mop up all the delicious oil.
All our Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.

Our hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well managed and sustainable.
