All of our ferments should be chilled on arrival. Keep Refrigerated To Control The Fermentation. The Contents May Gently Pop (This Is A Good Thing!) Or Overflow A Little.
Curtido
- Curtido is a fermented relish that is typical of Salvadoran cuisine.
- Ingredients: Hispi Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Lime, Oregano, Sea Salt, Chipotle Chilli Flakes.
Thai Yellow Curry Carrots (first prize winner for the 2024 Product Innovation!)
- One of our most lively ferments
- Ingredients: Carrot (68%), Apple, Dessicated Coconut, Shallot, Galangal, Garlic, Fish Sauce (Anchovy (77%), Salt, Sugar), Lemongrass, Turmeric, Chilli Flakes, Lime Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Fenugreek Seeds, Sugar, Lime Juice. Salt.
Red Cabbage, Beetroot, and Garam Masala
- This is a powerful and complex ferment, not to mention the vivid colour.
- Ingredients: Red Cabbage (51%), Beetroot (41%), Green Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Cardamom, Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon

- Great straight from the jar! Some people eat kimchi with almost everything, from breakfast all the way to late night toasties with a cold beer.
