Shelf Life: Our brownie balls are very gooey and keep really well at room temp in tupperware or a cake tin. They have a 10 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible.

Portion sizes are very generous, we haven’t compromised on size (which is also why they don’t fit through most letterboxes…if they were thinner they wouldn’t be so fudgy and delicious).

Made fresh to order, from local and responsibility sourced ingredients. Suitable for home freezing.

Blondie: Light soft brown sugar, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, organic plain flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin, thiamin, may contain traces of sesame), baking powder (wheat flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate E450(i), sodium bicarbonate E500(ii) , vanilla extract (water, ethanol [35%], sugar, vanilla bean extract), salt. Hazelnut truffle: Milk Chocolate (Min cocoa content 40%): Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (soya), natural vanilla flavouring. Blondie Balls contain: eggs, milk, dairy, soya, wheat, gluten, hazelnuts (nuts). May contain traces of sesame.

Made in a kitchen also containing: peanuts, maize, tree nuts, lupin, mustard, sesame and sulphites. Therefore, consumption is not recommended for such allergies because of cross contamination risk.

Alcohol is a listed ingredient flavours due to its presence prebaking in vanilla, however there is no measurable alcohol content post baking in the finished product.

All of our brownies are made fresh and perishable and therefore cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless they are of an unsatisfactory quality or if you have received the wrong item.
Please make sure you check that you are happy with the condition of your order as soon as you receive your delivery. If you are unhappy with the condition you have received your order in you must let us know within 48 hours in order to be considered for a refund/exchange/credit.
If you are unhappy with the item itself rather than the condition it arrived in, you have up until 7 days from your delivery date to let us know. Please contact us through email or phone (not through direct messages on social media as we sometimes find this unreliable and may not get your message).
Please provide us with as much evidence of possible of the issue (including photos) so that we can properly get to the bottom of the cause of it. In some circumstances we may request that you return the product to us, in which circumstance we will refund your postage costs.
