How to:
1) Empty mix into a mixing bowl
2) Add 200ml of your favourite milk to the mix
3) Whisk the mix and milk until it forms a smooth batter
4) Heat up your pan on a medium ring while the batter mix rests for 5 minutes
5) Add oil and pour batter mix into pan
6) Cook pancakes for 1 minute on each side until golden

Ingredients: white rice flour, potato starch, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, sugar, baking powder [raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), maize starch], natural flavouring, pink himalayan salt.
