- Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil: The delicate nutty flavour of this multi-award winning oil comes from the chalky soil of the Yorkshire Wolds, where Jennie and Adam Palmer have been producing cold pressed rapeseed oil since 2008.
- With their original rapeseed oil as a base, they now produce a wide variety of infused oils and mayonnaise, and they also make bread-dipping oils under the Charlie & Ivy's brand.
- Jennie was instrumental in helping us set up The Yorkshire Pasta Company, and has been a huge supporter of ours ever since.
- Yorkshire Sea Salt: Pure, natural, mineral-rich sea salt, harvested on the Yorkshire Coast - this traditional product hadn't been produced in Yorkshire for 6,000 years until the Yorkshire Sea Salt.

All you need to add is: - 50ml vodka - 75g salted butter - 100ml crème fraiche - 50g grated parmesan plus extra to serve (or vegetarian/vegan alternatives) - A small handful of basil leaves, to serve (if you fancy)
