i wanted to mix some creativity and luxury into the teacake – whipping up a treat of soft biscuit base, a fresh swirl of marshmallow, oozing soft centre and a delicate layer of hand painted chocolate.
with each bite, you'll experience a tantalising combination of rich flavours and wickedly decorated treats that will cast a spell on your tastebuds.
4 autumnal flavours-
vanilla spirit – deep vanilla marshmallow fluff, a rich chocolate ganache , encased within a spooky bat and moon.
sour raspberry- pucker up! with a fresh raspberry fluff and tart raspberry jam encased in a creamy white chocolate dome.
citrus cassis – rich, intense dark chocolate filled with zesty blackcurrants and a touch of lime.
spiced pumpkin - it's officially psl season. a swirl of spiced pumpkin with a lick of caramel enrobed in milk chocolate.
vanilla bat – deep vanilla marshmallow fluff, a rich chocolate ganache , finished in a glossy white chocolate shell.
sour raspberry- pucker up! with a fresh raspberry fluff and tart raspberry jam encased in a creamy white chocolate dome.
