This is a bold, full-bodied chai made with strong Assam tea and a blend of whole spices—fresh ginger, star anise, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
It’s based on a family recipe from the Chota Tingrai Estate in Assam. The spices are sourced from farms across India and added whole, with some gently crushed to release their flavour as they brew.
Rich, warming, and full of depth- just as chai should be.
