Description

A quirky bowl suitable for Valentine's day, wedding or anniversary gift. A red, green and pink pottery bowl with a tiny hand modelled love bird couple perching in a cut out at the rim of the bowl with tiny bird prints, splatters and a pair of green hearts...

A quirky bowl suitable for Valentine's day, wedding or anniversary gift. A red, green and pink pottery bowl with a tiny hand modelled love bird couple perching in a cut out at the rim of the bowl with tiny bird prints, splatters and a pair of green hearts inside.

The bowl is hand thrown on my potter's wheel then trimmed and altered to add the birds and bird prints before drying and firing in the kiln. The bowl is then hand painted with stripes hearts and splatters inside before glazing with clear glaze and then fired once more.

Great size for cereal, noodles or pasta and suitable for use as a plat pot too. A wonderful gift for a bird lover.
