Spot tiny motifs of Alice’s world within the laden boughs; the giant caterpillar suggests imminent transformation and the magic-inducing mushrooms invoke a sense of the unfamiliar and surreal. One brightly hued bird is metamorphosed into the Mad Hatter, another into the boundlessly energetic March Hare. Things are seldom what they seem…
