After placing your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select 'I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product'. This is where you can send any images, names, dates, venue photos, and any other details for your personalisation. You'll also be reminded how to do this in your Order Confirmation email.
Please send everything within 24 hours of purchase so your delivery time isn't impacted.

A few helpful tips:
• If you have a long list - perhaps from a team - please flag your must-haves separately from the nice-to-haves, so I can plan the composition around what matters most.
• If you don't have a long list, don't worry. I can work with whatever you have and create something beautiful.
• If you've spotted a style, colour palette or composition from one of my other pieces that you love, do let me know.

Once the piece is painted, you'll receive a digital file for review before it goes to the kiln. This is your only opportunity to proofread, so please check all wording carefully and respond within 24 hours to keep your delivery on track. Please note that design changes at this stage will incur an additional charge.
