Description

A card to just say "THANKS!" and send to family an your friends. Simple. No more words needed!
Printed with my own fair hands on my 1915 Arab Crown Folio Press. The card is hand-fed into the press. Printed using fluorescent orange ink with a deep impression print. Printed on the finest Colorplan Pristine White thick 350gsm double-sided card with a range of matching and contrasting colours of Colorplan 135gsm self-seal envelope; recognised as one of the best double-sided coloured cards on the market, Colorplan is manufactured from 100% virgin ECF fibre. Also available in alternative fluorescent inks : blue, pink, yellow and green.

/// Packaged with a letterpress-printed belly band and posted within a board-backed Manilla envelope.
/// Printed on "Mary" our Arab Crown Folio press (serial no: 5356, circa 1915).
/// Each print will be unique as the amount of ink and impression will vary from print to print as the process is entirely carried out by hand, therefore some slight variations in colour may occur from the pictured image.

I am a Cotswolds based creative letterpress studio, creating vibrant letterpress cards, prints and stationery the good old fashioned way! The look and feel of letterpress is unmistakable – when combined with the right paper, the inked surface becomes slightly debossed adding another dimension. All my prints are pressed on my beautifully renovated ‘Mary’; an Arab Treadle Press 10 x 15, built in 1915.

I also design and sell poster prints, as I am a graphic designer by trade. Some of my letterpress designs are also available as giclée poster prints.
