1x Curtido
- Curtido is a fermented relish that is typical of Salvadoran cuisine.
- Ingredients: Hispi Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Lime, Oregano, Sea Salt, Chipotle Chilli Flakes.

1x Thai Yellow Curry Carrots (first prize winner for the 2024 Product Innovation Awards!)
- One of our most lively ferments
- Ingredients: Carrot (68%), Apple, Dessicated Coconut, Shallot, Galangal, Garlic, Fish Sauce (Anchovy (77%), Salt, Sugar), Lemongrass, Turmeric, Chilli Flakes, Lime Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Fenugreek Seeds, Sugar, Lime Juice. Salt.

1x Red Cabbage, Beetroot, and Garam Masala
- This is a powerful and complex ferment, not to mention the vivid colour.
- Ingredients: Red Cabbage (51%), Beetroot (41%), Green Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Cardamom, Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon

1x Kimchi
- Great straight from the jar! Some people eat kimchi with almost everything, from breakfast all the way to late night toasties with a cold beer.
- Ingredients: Chinese Cabbage, Pear Juice, Fish Sauce (Anchovy (77%), (Fish), Salt, Sugar, Water), Ginger, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt) , Garlic, Salt, Korean Chilli Flakes And Paste (Corn Syrup, Red Pepper Seasonings 23.85%, Red Pepper Powder, Water, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Rice, Water, Sea Salt, Red Pepper Powder 2%, Grain Alcohol, Soy, Soybean Powder, Glutinous Rice, Rice Flour, Koji), Salt.

1x Celeriac, Capers & Mustard
- Ingredients: Celeriac (85%), Pears, Capers (2%), Yellow Mustard Seeds (1%), Tarragon (1%), Sea Salt.
- This recipe is a little play on the classic celeriac remoulade but obviously excludes mayo. The celery-like and nutty celeriac combines with the capers to give a pleasing saline appeal - which makes it perfect with wines like Picpoul de Pinet, Muscadet or Albarino.

1x Daikon & Shrimp
- Ingredients: Daikon (78%), Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt) Garlic, Ginger, Dried Shrimp (Crustacean) (2%), Salt.
- Drained Weight 440g
- This is such an unusual ferment, with a big hit of umami and shrimp, followed by the zing of ginger. It all gets quite funky when fermented. Ask your friends to guess what it is!

1x Bread & Butter Pickle / Sweet & Sour Cucumbers
- Ingredients: Cucumbers, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Sugar, Salt, Yellow & Black Mustard Seeds, Celery Seeds, Dried Red Chillies, Turmeric.
- Refrigerate After Opening & Consume Within 1 Month

1 x Giardiniera
- INGREDIENTS: CAULIFLOWER, RED WINE VINEGAR (SULPHITES), OLIVE OIL, RED PEPPERS, YELLOW PEPPERS, CARROTS, COURGETTES, RED ONIONS, WHITE ONIONS, SUGAR, RED CHILLIES, SALT
- 500g
- Serve at Room Temperature. Refrigerate After Opening & Consume Within 1 Month

- Ingredients: Fennel (55%), Cider Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Orange Zest (6%), Red Chilli Flakes (1%), Yellow Mustard Seeds, Lemon Zest, Salt, Pepper. Drained Weight 300g
- Refrigerate After Opening & Consume Within 1 Month

1 x Red Cabbage

- Ingredients: Red cabbage, Organic cider vinegar, Sugar, Red wine (Contains Sulphites), Yellow mustard seeds, Cinnamon, Salt, Black Pepper, Bay, Cloves.
- Refrigerate after opening & consume within 1 month.

1 x Somerset Piccalilli
- 15 x Vegetables & Fruits / 27 Plant-based Ingredients
- Ingredients; cauliflower, apple cider vinegar, courgettes, cucumbers, fennel, red peppers, green peppers, carrots, apple, honey, fine beans, mangetout, celery, mustard, chilli, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, turmeric, mixed spices.
- 375g - Refrigerate after opening and consume within 1 month.

1 x Somerset Mushroom Sott'Olio
- INGREDIENTS: FORAGED WILD MUSHROOMS, CULTIVATED CHESTNUT MUSHROOMS, OLIVE OIL, WINE VINEGAR, CORIANDER SEEDS, SALT, BLACK PEPPER.
- REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING & CONSUME WITHIN 1 MONTH.

- Please note that we use foraged wild mushrooms in this recipe. They are diligently cleaned three times before they are used and we visually inspect the final product before it is heat treated, rendering the ingredients sterile.
