A hand made screen print of two horses racing to the finish line* (the top horse wins by a nose). The winner gets at least two sugar lumps - the print is based on vintage American sugar cubes.

No horses were harmed in the making of this print

There are lots of lovely details in this print, including silvery ground and slightly pearlescent nostril steam. Both horses are printed with metallic ink, one gold, one a dark copper.

There are 15 layers of colour, each printed individually by hand...painstakingly!
