Elevate your home décor with this cheerful spring wreath featuring a handmade owl sculpture.
This handmade paper sculpture depicts a boreal owl, hand printed in white, chocolate and copper brown. He is one of a kind. He is made from recycled paper, which I have added textures and patterns to using traditional printmaking techniques, such as monotype and screen printing. He has steel wire feet and black acrylic faceted beads for his eyes. My sculptures are designed and made entirely by hand, celebrating the joy I find in nature. I hope they bring some cheer to your décor.
He perches on a spring wreath adorned with pale yellow and green tree blossom flowers, surrounding him. He hangs on the wall via a hand shaped hook, suspended from fishing line. My sculptures are sturdy but lightweight, so it hangs on a nail on your wall, for easy installation.
This owl wall art measures around 28 cm wide and tall (11 inches). The owl is 17 cm (7 inches) tall.
Need to know
Made from recycled 300gsm paper (very sturdy cardstock).
Varnished with a UV protective lacquer.
Hangs from the wall via a (copper coated) steel hook, suspended with invisible fishing line at a 30 cm (nearly 12 inches) drop from the top of the sculpture.
