The February flavours have landed – and trust us, you’re going to love them. Packed with indulgent ingredients and handcrafted touches, this limited-edition brownie box is pure baked joy.

Each luxurious bake is lovingly created at our family bakery on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, where we make every element from scratch. From crumbly shortbread and rich caramel to gooey toffee and more. No shortcuts. Just proper, small-batch goodness in every bite.

This month’s line-up of flavour magic includes:

Triple Chocolate Brownie

Our signature brownie made to an old family recipe with chunks of white and milk chocolate and a white, milk and dark chocolate drizzle. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.

Salted Caramel and Pecan Brownie

An enticing centre of salted caramel with a crunchy pecan praline topping baked into our signature ultra-fudgy and dense brownie base.. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.

Black Forest Brownie

Our classic brownie base infused with cherry curd and chunks of white chocolate. Finished with a dark chocolate ganache. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.
Raspberry Eton Mess Blondie

A white chocolate blondie with a cheeky dollop of raspberry jam, topped with meringue, dehydrated raspberries and more white chocolate. Allergens: milk, soya, gluten and eggs.

Strawberries and Cream Brownie

A rich chocolate brownie topped with strawberry ganache and a dried strawberry slice. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.

Persian Love Blondie

Our seductive brown butter blondie with white chocolate, infused with cardamom, rose water, orange and lemon zest, finished with pistachios and rose petals. Allergens: milk, soya, pistachios, almonds, gluten and eggs.
