A lovely wheel thrown pottery candle holder made in my studio in Somerset these are multi purpose as they can be used as a flower vase too.
The candle holders are made from a beautiful speckled stoneware clay and glazed in my unique lavender glaze. I decorate each on by hand with pressed flowers leaving their imprint in the clay and hand painted them to give a lovely decorative finish to the candle stick. I love something that has a dual purpose and this studio pottery piece looks stunning with flower stems in too. maybe a few fresh flowers or some dried flowers they look equally beautiful.
There are very limited numbers available.
They fit a 1inch candle but they may need trimming to fit.
Sizes are approx small 10cm

The Thoughtful Potter
Small batch artisan stoneware pottery hand made in my log cabin studio in Somerset.
I create functional pottery that feels delicious to hold in your hands. Hand thrown on Betty my pottery wheel my pots are very tactile, you can feel the artisanal making processes in each one.
My work is inspired by inspiring words, my love of nature and the beautiful Somerset countryside where I live.
My pottery is decorated by either imprinting flowers into the clay or free painting flowers, birds or fungi and are finished in my range of unique hand mixed glazes.
