This pottery mug feels super huggable to hold in your hands, it's just right for your favourite brew and a book.
Each one is hand thrown on Betty my pottery wheel in my log cabin studio in Somerset. With its comforting shape you'll feel that you need to cup this beauty in both hands to feel the texture of the stoneware clay and the throwing rings from the pottery wheel.
I hand decorate the mug by pressing geranium and leaves into the clay capturing their beauty for ever. I hand paint each flower and leaf and dip into my orange glaze. I add the words 'me time' as a reminder to take non-negotiable time for you.
The perfect gift for flower lovers this pottery mug will make tea or coffee time a truly mindful moment.
I make each piece on my pottery wheel in my Somerset studio making each piece unique and individual. I care deeply about our beautiful planet your mug will be packaged entirely from recycled paper and cardboard and can be recycled too.

The Thoughtful Potter
Small batch artisan stoneware pottery hand made in my log cabin studio in Somerset.
I create functional pottery that feels delicious to hold in your hands. Hand thrown on Betty my pottery wheel my pots are very tactile, you can feel the artisanal making processes in each one.
My work is inspired by inspiring words, my love of nature and the beautiful Somerset countryside where I live.
My pottery is decorated by either imprinting flowers into the clay or free painting flowers, birds or fungi and are finished in my range of unique hand mixed glazes.
