Handmade Custom Pub Clay Sculpture

After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.

Please note: I will not dispatch your order until I have received confirmation from you that you are 100% happy with your order and happy for me to post it to you.

Feedback:
Keep an eye out for an email from me as I will send you two progress pictures;
The first one will be once the clay has been shaped along with the dimensions of your piece.
The second one will be once I have painted and completed your pub.

Once I have sent you photos of your painted and completed pub, you will have the opportunity to check over it. If there are any additions you would like adding to your pub, this is the time to say. For example; your pet dog sat outside, a specific potted plant, a bench, a 'specials board' etc. There is no extra cost for additions to be painted on. Once you confirm that you are happy with your pub, I will coat it with sealer for protection before packaging and posting it to you.

Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non refundable.
