Inside a glass dome, two cats curl up cosily, subtly forming the shape of a heart. This piece was inspired by my own cats, who often love to sleep next to each other in this way, and of course, the Cure track of the same name!
Each cat is individually sculpted by hand using the process of needle-felting, so every one is a unique work of art.
Choose your choice of cat colours and patterns, as well as the cushion colour, to completely personalise this to you.
Need to know
Materials:
Every cat is individually sculpted by hand through the process of needle-felting using a variety of natural and dyed sheep's wool.
All wool is sourced in the UK.
The cats are seated on top of a cushion made from sheet wool felt, filled with sheep's wool. Please state the colour you would like.
The cats and cushion are housed within a contemporary glass dome with a black MDF base.
Dimensions:
Each pair of cats measures approximately 7 x 8.5 x 2.5 cm
Please not that the individual 'Love-Cats' are a little smaller than the Curled Cat Brooches. The detail photos depict the brooches, purely to show examples of colours and patterns.
The Glass Dome measures 14.5 cm diameter, 17cm tall
Options:
Any combination of cat colours and patterns can be chosen. Patterned cats cost a little more than solid colours, due to the extra time they take to make.
