Materials: Tinned copper wire, Patina, Wax, Stoneware, Ceramic, Glaze, Ceramic flowers.
Florist's oasis, uncooked rice or sand can be used in your vase to hold the stems in place - use of such filler will also enable you to create different heights of the stems, without trimming.
Solder contains lead, which is toxic if ingested. Please wash hands after handling and keep out of children's reach.

Two stained glass three-dimensional seedlings created using the copper foil Tiffany technique, in a bright spring green. Additional seedlings available at checkout. These would make a lovely gift for a gardener, or anyone embarking on new beginnings!
Opaque glass is used, which means the seedlings look equally stunning against a window or in the lower light of the interior of a house.
Each seedling is made to order and the glass shapes are cut entirely freehand (no templates) to replicate the variation seen in nature; as such your seedling will differ slightly from the photos shown here. The solder around the glass has a black patina, and the stem has a variegated gun-metal patina.
At checkout you can add a Fairtrade terracotta 'aged' pot with a paper bag of gravel (as shown in photo 3).
