Our fabulous Penne Alla Vodka Recipe Kit includes our own artisan, bronze-drawn Penne Rigate pasta together with locally sourced ingredients from our friends at Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil and the Yorkshire Sea Salt Co. Add your own favourite brand of vodka for the ultimate indulgence.
Combining award-winning Yorkshire produce creates a remarkable version of this classic dish – the rich creaminess and deep tomato flavour are balanced by subtle botanical end notes from the vodka – sublime!

A packet of our award-winning Yorkshire Pasta Penne Rigate (500g)
A bottle of Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil (100ml)
Yorkshire Sea Salt
MUTTI Double Concentrate Tomato Pureé (130g)
Shallots and Garlic Cloves (from our local greengrocer)
Dried chilli flakes (from our local ingredients and refill shop, Scoops of Malton)
Handwritten note (complimentary)
All you need to add is:
50ml vodka
75g salted butter
100ml crème fraîche
50g grated parmesan plus extra to serve (or vegetarian/vegan alternatives)
A small handful of basil leaves, to serve (if you fancy)

Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil
The delicate nutty flavour of this multi-award winning oil comes from the chalky soil of the Yorkshire Wolds, where Jennie and Adam Palmer have been producing cold pressed rapeseed oil since 2008. With their original rapeseed oil as a base, they now produce a wide variety of infused oils and mayonnaise, and they also make bread-dipping oils under the Charlie & Ivy's brand.
Jennie was instrumental in helping us set up The Yorkshire Pasta Company, and has been a huge supporter of ours ever since.
Yorkshire Sea Salt
Pure, natural, mineral-rich sea salt, harvested on the Yorkshire Coast - this traditional product hadn't been produced in Yorkshire for 6,000 years until the Yorkshire Sea Salt Company opened its doors in 2021. Since then, the product has won awards from Great Taste, the Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards, and the Great British Food Awards.
Richard and the team are based near us and are kindred spirits in their business ethos; we love seeing them at events, and we are delighted to include their sea salt in this delicious recipe.
