Our first limited edition of 2026!
Yorkshire forced rhubarb has a very short season and a beautifully sharp flavour. combined with cardamom and a little lemon juice this jam is delicious on top of porridge, yoghurt or ice cream.
PLEASE NOTE: rhubarb is very low in pectin and as a result this jam is very soft set (loose in texture) we boil it for as short a time as possible to retain the vibrant colour and sharp flavour.

ingredients: rhubarb (64%), sugar, lemon juice, cardamom (1%)
prepared with 64g fruit per 100g, total sugars 65g per 100g.
