Summer in a jar! This jam is packed full of mango, with a hit of fresh lime and little bit of heat from the tajin. Delicious on toast, croissants, added to yoghurt + granola, or with ice cream for a quick summer pud!
We've also had customers use it with cheese, add into curries and make marinades with it for chicken and veggies.
Need to know
INGREDIENTS mango (50%), granulated sugar, lime juice (11%), tajin (lime zest, chillies, salt) (1%).
For allergens, see ingredients in CAPITALS. products are produced on premises which handle a range of allergens + traces may occur.
Prepared with 50g fruit per 100g, total sugars 60g per 100g.
Refrigerate once opened & and consume within 4 weeks.
