I wanted to mix some creativity and luxury into our spring teacake range – whipping up a treat of soft biscuit base, a fresh swirl of marshmallow, oozing soft centre and a delicate layer of hand painted chocolate.

Here’s our selection of sensory teasing flavours with extravagant flourishes - because that's surely what we all deserve? So, yes, a teacake, but one that will bring a few fun and thrills to any one in your life.

Flavours:
The purple one - a rich dark chocolate , vanilla fluff and a damson and amarena cherry centre

Bright + beautiful .- a creamy white belgian chocolate shell with a rich vanilla fluff and a passionfruit and lemon curd.

Pastel perfect -a creamy white chocolate shell, fresh raspberry and rose marshmallow fluff and a rich cherry jam hand painted with an ombré finish.

Bold as a bluebell- a milk chocolate shell hand-painted with a blue ombre finish, rich vanilla pecan nut fluff and a gooey salted caramel centre

We hand paint all our teacakes so sometimes the designs may very slightly from the pics but the flavours will always be the same. We’ll wrap it in tissue and make it look lovely.

Mallow: sugar. invert sugar. glucose. (vanilla bean, pecan nuts/
champagne/raspberry puree, rose essential oil/ dark chocolate ) fish gelatine. salt. lemon juice.

Gooey centre: sugar, water, vanilla, / lemon, sugar, butter, eggs / raspberries, sugar, pectin / dark chocolate

Milk chocolate shell (belgian milk (cocoa 33.6%). dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract, white chocolate shell, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass.

*Allergen advice: contains fish gelatine, dairy, nuts and soya - made in a kitchen that handles nuts*

1 box is 240g and contains 4 marshmallows teacakes.

Shelf life: all mallows have a minimum shelf life of 2 months.
