The sun has made a few appearances, the daffodils are definitely here and it won't be long before we see lambs in the field. Spring has arrived. And with that comes Easter celebrations and family gatherings once more. We are so ready!

To celebrate we have created a Hot Cross Bun x Treacle Tart: a buttery pastry case, filled with an indulgent treacle combined with all the best bits of a hot cross bun. It is indulgent, sticky, sweet and fruity. Perfect for sharing at your Easter gathering.

Shelf Life- 14 days.

Slice Dimensions: 4.2cm x 10cm.

Tray of 14 slices. I'm best kept in an air tight container in your store cupboard.

Ingredients

Golden Syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane  syrup), WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Free Range EGGS, Butter (MILK), White Bread WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid, Sultanas (sultanas, high oleic sunflower oil), Mixed Peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, citric acid, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Icing sugar, Mixed spice (cinnamon, coriander seeds, dill seeds, ginger, cloves, nutmeg), Orange, Sunflower Oil, Sea salt.
