HOW TO DEAL WITH UNCERTAINTY...
HOW TO DEAL WITH UNCERTAINTY
Every generation has its challenges - we're always faced with uncertainty in life. Right now, all of us have gone through a global pandemic, witnessing a war, dealing with environmental concerns, political upheaval, financial worries as well as the things that cause internal turmoil. Truth is, even before all of this our futures were as unknown as they are today. The only certainty in life is uncertainty - it can seem like a storm that never breaks, leaving us feeling stressed and even depressed. We're overwhelmed because we're wired to want order and predictability. In this map we show you a few ways to prepare yourself for accepting uncertainty, be present-focused and build resilience on the way.

Mapology Guides
marleybone, London
Hi, I’m Tina. After years of personal inner work and a desire to give back, my love for design and personal development resulted in the creation of Mapology Guides - illustrated self-help maps for life’s journey.
We are all meant to thrive, yet mental health illnesses are at a record high. Providing these visual tools to help people gain self-awareness and self-knowledge is a true honour for me. I really feel it’s my purpose. I love empowering people. I love igniting their spark. I love imagining them thrive.
