If the martini is the King of the gin cocktails the Prince is the beautifully bright Negroni. Our own cocktail king Nick Strangeway has adapted the original Florentine recipe dating from 1919 to be more focused on juniper. Using the technology of ultrasonic infusion we add a further layer of flavour by rapidly aging on juniper wood.
Need to know
Chill in the freezer 1 hour before serving, remove and pour straight up with a wedge of orange for the perfect pre dinner cocktail - or lengthen with soda.
