Our Mushroom XO Sauce is a bold blend of mushrooms, aromatics, and spice. It's an umami-rich, plant-based take on the mighty XO—and it's taken on a life of its own. From a limited-edition special, it evolved into a full-blown fan favourite, now we're sending jars all over the UK and it even made it onto the menu at The Ivy Asia.

Perfect for: Noodles, stir-fries, dumplings, fried rice, roasted vegetables, or as a flavour boost to any sauce. It'll be your new go-to for easy midweek dinners.

Ingredients: onion, mushrooms, gluten-free soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), red wine vinegar, garlic, dark brown sugar, spice blend (dried red chillies, nori, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, cloves. dill seed, star anise, green aniseed), vegetable oil, salt.
