Rory has a story book for you!

He's been to the library and checked out a copy of War and Geese (Tolstoy's finest, I think). Rory is the handmade ceramic duck with a passion for literature and comes with a copy of his favourite story book. The perfect companion for the reader in your life, or one for your own bookshelves.

Rory with the Story is an entirely handmade from start to finish, wheel-thrown in a white stoneware clay with added ducky features. They are then underglazed, biscuit fired, transparent glazed and then kiln fired again to 1240'c. A process of about a fortnight!

I vary the titles that Rory with the Story has. You may see a War and Geese (a play on War and Peace by Tolstoy) or Beak House (a play on Bleak House by Charles Dickins)
