Once popular in pies in Cornwall, the Eurasian Curlew is now a near threatened species.

Keep your own smaller version, with this elegant standing wooden curlew. He's cut from 3mm birch ply with a 2mm pretty etched wing. He also has etched face and chest detail, and hand painted legs, curved bill and eye.

He comes in two parts, body and base, and slots together quickly and easily, and packs away flat for easy storage.

Why not add a personal message to the back of the curlew? (max.70 characters)

He stands 168mm high and is 241mm at his widest point. The round base measures 75mm in diameter, and has painted feet to match his dark grey legs.

Please note, this decoration is painted on one side only.
