Description

This print was carved from Lino and is printed on handmade Nepalese Lokta paper.

All my prints are printed by hand and every single one of them is a unique reproduction, subtle variations will occur from print to print, please do not buy them if you are apposed to these variations.

Lokta is a native plant of the Himalayan foothills found above 3000 metres. It is a sustainable and renewable resource. Plants are cropped above ground level and can be reharvested after 3-4 years. The papers are made using the traditional Nepalese floating mould method and sun dried on the frame.
