A collaboration with our friends at Hawksmoor combining the wilds of Hepple and harnessing the essence of Hawksmoor's charcoal grills, by creating a gin with subtle notes of smoke and warm spice.

Tangerine peel, coriander seeds and juniper berries are lightly smoked over wild juniper wood and combined with Douglas Fir, Amalfi lemon and green juniper to make a bright gin with real character and a subtle lick of smoke.
