Description

'Step' A hand printed linocut in black. A3 in size so it fits easily into an off the shelf frame...

'Step' A hand printed linocut in black. A3 in size so it fits easily into an off the shelf frame.
The relief block has been carved by hand from one sheet of lino which has then been inked with a roller and printed by James on a vintage Stephenson Blake galley proofing press.
Every care goes into making each print as perfect as possible but due to the nature of the printing process, each print varies very slightly in depth of colour and texture and has its own unique qualities.

Need to know

The print is unsigned.
Paper size. 297 x 420 mm (A3).
Printed on 350gsm. off-white paper.
Unframed, the print is packaged in a board backed crystal clear cello print bag and posted flat in a board envelope via Royal Mail on a 1st class recorded service.
