A limited edition hand-pulled screen print capturing children helping each other across stepping stones, inspired by Jack Penn's quote on life's challenges. I was working on this artwork just as covid hit, a huge stumbling block. After lots of small steps, I now love the uplifting nature of this print, with the children moving slowly and safely in the right direction.
Selected for the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair 2022, one of 1000+ artworks in the exhibition. This is a Limited Edition Hand Pulled Screen Print; there will only ever be 26 of these in the world. The vintage story “book illustration style appeals to both young and old, and my artworks often create a welcome talking point for a child before bed. A beautiful heirloom gift complete with a hand written Certificate of Authenticity.
