The Yorkshire Pasta Gift Pack of 3 - consists of 3 of our 500g premium quality pasta bags. A gift of three 500g bags of artisan Yorkshire pasta, perfect for pasta lovers. Choose from two curated trios: Conchiglie Rigate, Tortiglioni and Mezze Maniche Rigate, or Conchiglie Rigate, Fusilli and Penne Rigate. Hence their name, which stems from the Latin 'torquere', meaning 'to turn'. Tortiglioni: Similar to Rigatoni, but with more pronounced grooves that actually swirl their way around the pasta.

Conchiglie Rigate, most commonly called 'shells', cuddle sauces with their rigid outer and smooth, deep interior. Rumoured to be hard to find and unlikely to be appreciated outside of Rome, this stylish number is making its debut in Yorkshire. For our family, they make an awesome twist on 'Mac 'n' Cheese', with cheese oozing from each piece and bacon hiding in the centres.

Mezze Maniche Rigate are stylish ridged tubes, capable of holding everything from meaty to velvety sauces.

Fusilli is the helterskelter of the pasta world, its swirly design giving champion sauce-holding ability. We love it in a punchy bolognese. 'Penne' comes from the Italian word for quill and the angled end encourages even more sauce to be scooped up. Penne Rigate, with its ridged surface and angled ends, is destined for a baked masterpiece.

All our pasta is made in Yorkshire from locally milled wheat flour, bronze-drawn for texture, and slow-dried overnight to develop its flavour.
