These delicious eggs are made for us in France with a delicate hazelnut praline and Ecuadorian origin chocolate.
Along with the blackbird and robin eggs these are part of the Chocolate Detective's Curated Collection - her very favourite products from a lifetime of tasting chocolate.
"The Song Thrush is renowned for his musical ability. Often delivering his song from a high perch above; the overall impression is triumphant. Often found in gardens and woodland the Song Thrush builds a grassy cup nest lined with mud low down in overgrown bushes and hedgerows."
