Our long awaited debut Mezcal cocktail is the perfect introduction to the Oaxaca spirit. The Mezcal Copita delivers an intelligently unique cocktail crafted with Mezcal Unión Uno giving a touch of smoke alongside the refreshing combination of fresh pineapple and campari which amplifies the flavour. Combined with a hit of citrus and grapefruit bitters, this truly unique Lockdown Liquor cocktail delivers a sophisticated and incredibly mooreish drink you will find hard to put down.
Alternatively pour into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
