Is the twine loop adjustable or fixed in length?
it can be shortened but cannot be lengthened

Are there different colour options available for the garlands?
yes we have a red gingham/ stripe option on another listing.

How long is each garland in the pack?
approx 12-13”

Is the garland suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, in dry conditions or in a sheltered area.

How should I care for or clean the cotton garlands?
machine wash on a 30 degree wash. do not tumble dry

Are the garlands handmade or machine-made?
We make everything with our sewing machines but these are hand tied and finished.

Is there an option for custom orders or personalisation?

Unfortunately we do not offer personalisation but we can sometimes accommodate custom orders such as colour requests etc.

How are the garlands packaged for shipping?
we beautifully wrap each pack with our recycled tissue paper then wrap with twine. we then package it up in our ♻️ packaging box.
