A stunning boxed set of letterpress feather notecards, with four striking individual feathers. Ideal to send to someone special to tell them you're thinking of them, or to say thank you, or just because they love nature. Letterpress is a beautiful vintage technique using gorgeous machines, it is a true craft. The cards have a tactile, embossed finish, exuding quality with thick paper stock and crisp pressed design.

The set includes two of each design; Jay, Tawny owl, Pheasant and Guinea fowl feathers. Printed in black ink the designs show off the striking textures and patterns of the feathers. Feathers are symbols of protection and guardian angels.

The set includes eight cards and nine envelopes, as it's easy to make a mistake writing an envelope and handy to have a spare.

Need to know

Card Size 78mm x 107mm (C7 3.2 x 4.5 inches) in an 83 mm x 113 mm envelope.

These charming cards are blank inside ready for a personal message.

Sustainability is very important to us at Penguin Ink and therefore we use 100% recycled board for all our cards. As a result, our cards, envelopes, boxes, and glassine pouches are all recyclable. We also pride ourselves on the fact that our products are all made in the UK.

The technique Letterpress is beautiful and uses gorgeous old machines, it is a true craft. Therefore, the finished card has a tactile embossed finish which exudes quality with the thick paper stock and crisp pressed design. As a result, you won't be able to stop touching your cards once they arrive, and neither will your customers. All our cards are single or two-colour prints from a carefully selected range of colours. Our limited colour palette allows cards from different collections to sit perfectly side by side.

Hi I’m Lizzie, the designer behind Penguin Ink luxury letterpress cards and homewares. Working from my garden studio my designs are inspired by my love for nature, featuring my favourite flora and fauna. Our cards are traditionally pressed by lovely local family printers. Letterpress is a beautiful technique, using gorgeous old machines, it is a true craft. My designs are striking and simple using just one or two colours to depict the shadows, highlights of the form, using simple lines and shapes creating a lovely texture on the cards.
